Refund policy
regarding invitation orders, particularly printed:
****we strive to make sure all of our clients completely, totally, 100% satisfied with their products and overall experience! (we will definitely lose sleep if you aren't happy). but it's life and mistakes can happen. we try to catch textual errors, but we create the designs fully off of the information you provide to us and assume no liability for proofreading or fixing spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. as such, we STRONGLY advise all clients to thoroughly and fully review their digital proof(s) prior to approving them for print. we absolutely understand if your wedding planner, future mother-in-law, or grammatically-inclined friend needs to check out your invites - just make sure they do this before you approve the proof. once an order has been approved to enter production (by the individual who placed the order), the design cannot be altered, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
